Marco Salerno (hereinafter the "Controller"), with registered address at Via Prenestina 42, 00176 Rome RM, Italy, Email: marcosalernodevelop@gmail.com, as Data Controller, informs users that their personal data will be processed in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

1. Data Subject to Processing

The Controller collects and processes only the following minimum personal data provided directly by the user during registration and purchase:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Password stored as a secure hash and not readable by the Controller
• Data relating to the activated plan, purchase request and payment history
• Any affiliate or referral code associated with the link used to access the purchase page
• Payment data note: in case of online payment, credit or debit card data is neither viewed nor stored by the Controller, but is processed directly by the payment service provider Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

1. Performance of the contract: to allow registration on the website, profile activation, creation of the private area and provision of the job offer monitoring service (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR).
2. Fiscal and administrative obligations: to issue receipts, invoices and comply with legal obligations required by Italian tax law (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. c, GDPR).
3. Administrative management of any affiliate or referral agreements, including attribution of purchases to the relevant affiliate code, based on the Controller's legitimate interest in correct commercial reporting (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR).

3. Processing Methods and Data Recipients

Processing is carried out using electronic and IT tools suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. Data will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. It may be communicated only to third parties appointed as Data Processors, strictly necessary for the provision of services, such as:

• Hosting, server and cloud infrastructure providers on which the website resides.
• Tax consultants/accountants for bookkeeping.
• Stripe platform for online payment flow management.

In the presence of affiliate agreements, only minimum and non-excessive data necessary for reporting attributed conversions may be communicated to the affiliate partner, for example the number of valid purchases and accrued amounts, without communicating unnecessary personal data of the Customer.

The servers used are located within the European Union.

4. Data Retention Period

Data will be retained according to strict temporal necessity criteria:

• Job offers and reports in the private area: retained for the duration of the contract and for 30 days after expiry, after which they are deleted.
• Account details (Name, Email): retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last access (login) or the last purchase made by the Customer, to allow easy manual renewals. In case of prolonged inactivity beyond 24 months, the account is deleted.
• Fiscal and accounting data: mandatorily retained for 10 years from the date of issue of the fiscal document, as required by Italian law.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

The user may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15 and following of the GDPR, including the right to access their data, request rectification, updating, restriction, portability or early deletion (right to be forgotten) of the account. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
