These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Segnalazione Offerte platform and the professional job-posting search, monitoring and selection services provided by Marco Salerno, with registered address at Via Prenestina 42, 00176 Rome RM, Italy, VAT number 17886761000, email: assistenza@marco-salerno.it (the "Provider").

1. Purpose of the platform

The website presents the Provider's services, allows users to submit purchase or information requests and provides authorised customers with a private area through which part of the service is delivered.

Submitting a form is a contact request. It does not automatically conclude a contract, activate a service or create a payment obligation. The Provider replies to the supplied email address with availability, price, payment method and activation instructions.

2. Subject of the service

The service consists of monitoring, reading and selecting job postings published online according to the role, geographical area and conditions agreed with the Customer. Postings considered compatible are organised in the private area.

The Provider is not an employment agency, does not submit applications or CVs on the Customer's behalf, does not recruit staff and does not directly connect the Customer with employers. No minimum number of postings, replies, interviews or employment outcomes is guaranteed.

3. Formation of the contract

Before the Customer is bound, the Provider clearly communicates the main service features, price, duration, payment method and delivery conditions. A contract is concluded only when the Customer expressly accepts the communicated conditions and makes the payment or provides another confirmation agreed by the parties.

Accepting these Terms in the form records that the Customer has reviewed the conditions relevant to the request, but does not by itself turn the form into a binding order.

4. Duration and delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the custom search lasts 4 weeks, corresponding to 20 working days from Monday to Friday. Delivery starts on the activation date communicated by the Provider, not on the date the website request is submitted.

Italian national holidays and suspension days communicated by the Provider are not counted as worked days and extend the expiry date. The service does not renew automatically.

The number of compatible postings depends on the real market and agreed criteria. A day on which searching and filtering are performed counts as a service day even if no compatible posting is found.

5. Price, payment and activation

Any price shown on the website is informational. The applicable price and payment method are confirmed directly by the Provider before the contract is concluded. The website does not directly process payments or collect card or bank-account details.

The account and search are prepared manually after payment or the applicable agreement has been verified. Referral or affiliate codes may be used exclusively for commercial attribution and internal reporting.

6. Customer responsibility and third-party sources

Job postings come from third-party websites and publishers over which the Provider has no control. Their accuracy, authenticity, continued availability and lawfulness are not guaranteed. The Customer must verify each posting before sharing data, applying or making commitments. Applications, CV submission and dealings with advertisers remain the Customer's responsibility.

7. Private area and operational retention

Credentials are personal and must not be shared. When the service expires, new postings stop being added. Unless different needs apply, the history remains available for up to 30 days after the effective end and is then deleted. The account may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity, subject to legal obligations or the need to protect legal rights.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any contracts are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
